SOJOURN
SAVE A LIFE

Adoption applicants are screened, including a home check visit by a qualified Wolfdog handler. All animals are adopted under contracts, variable conditions may apply. If you are not serious about adoption, please refrain from contacting us. WOLFDOG.NET has numerous pages to answer all of your concerns. You may also email  wolfman1056@gmail.com  for additional help and advice. Generally no fees are involved in WD adoptions, however this list may vary pending where and who is handling the adoption. SOJOURN assumes no liability for the facts listed on this page regarding animals not under our care. All animals are listed as a courtesy.
For more information on each animal, email as above, I will be happy to answer or co-ordinate contacts.
Below is an adoption application, print, or copy & paste to email (preferred), and send it to us. It will suffice for any and all Wolfdog rescues nationwide.

If the questions seem invasive. it is because they are. The animals we seek homes for have already been traumatized one or more times. We make every attempt to place them where they will receive the best treatment for the remainder of their lives.
We also attempt to match people with animals they will be able to handle or live harmoniously with.
To accomplish these goals, we must know as much as possible.

TO QUALIFY FOR ADOPTION

Be prepared to commit for the entire life of the animal
Be willing to build or have safe escape proof containment
Be over 21
Be a home owner, renters will not qualify without Lanlord's written consent.
Live where Wolfdogs are legal to have
Be willing to feed proper diet for Wolfdogs
Have a Veterinarian who has no issues with treating a Wolfdog

We urge you to think through your decision. Much time and effort goes into a proper adoption.
Rescuers do not get paid. Their only reward is safe and happy animals.
All Wolfdogs are placed under adoption contracts. These agreements
are for the well being of the animals.

FEMALES

MALES

Journey is an adult male. Gorgeous boy but probably sanctuary material, unless someone is very patient. He takes a long time to warm up, runs in circles & will not eat in peoples' presence, will fear-poop if you try to catch him (he is completely non-aggressive even when cornered, though). He *hates* the leash. Gets along with females & lets Mattie walk all over him, but must be the only male.

Grandpa is an adult male, shepherd cross. He's a bit shy and somewhat standoffish, but he LOVES to be taken out for walks. He gets along well with females but is questionable with males. He is very gentle with people; has not been around small animals. Grandpa has a great howl--and likes to use it. He is a fence challenger, will grab with his teeth & pull (!) so must be in a very strong fence. He is currently living with Jupiter although he likes Mattie just as much, or could go on his own. Jupiter often swipes his food & treats but he never complains. He's a very calm boy, usually is not much for playing with toys or soliciting attention but will lay there and let you pet or brush him as long as you want, once he knows you somewhat & you've gotten your hands on him. He has an awesome smile when he *does* get silly, and throws his head from side to side & does the cutest "Grandpa Dance".
